The quality of dosa and vada are superb. But a bit difficult to clean. Thank you all for the reviews that helped me to buy this product. Earlier ordered 2 litre version but after reading reviews changed to 1.25 litre one. This one is quite sufficient for a family of 4 average 2 dosa per person, you can make batter for 3 days in one round.
